Orders for the Products

The products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s), unless you wish to accept a substitute product.

Please note that you can order up to five (5) items of a product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or any other problem identified by us.

We reserve the right to exclude any products or any brands at our discretion.

The products are not intended for resale.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as indicated during the order process, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.

Prices and Payments

The price of the products and delivery charges are shown in Saudi Arabian Riyal(s) (“SAR”).

All product prices are VAT included or any other taxes or type the appropriate authorities may levy if applicable.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details

you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a

secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant

policies and rules.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR (or any other agreed currencies).

The details on your credit/debit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder.

Shipping, RETURNS AND REFUND:

Bahar Bazaar will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of KSA.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

DELIVERY:

Delivery timeframes for standard delivery depend on your delivery address and selected delivery option.
Standard delivery within 3-7 working days from the day the order has been confirmed by email depending on your area. please note that deliveries start from Saturday till Thursday, except Friday and Public Holidays.
Delivery charge depends on your area.
Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales, or white Friday Bahar Bazaar reserves the right to extend their delivery timeframes. Delivery might then take 14 working days.

We are not currently able to offer returns of any Skincare, Cosmetics and Haircare in order to preserve public health or any items mandated by law.

In case factory damaged/defective products you can returns or exchange your product, please note that the product must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact within 14 days of receipt of your order.

REFUND:

In case factory damaged/defective products ONLY you can refund or exchange your product، please note that the product must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Your requested refund will be paid AFTER Bahar Bazaar has received returned items in the Original packaging and state.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Product Liability

By buying products through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that Bahar Bazaar carries no product liability save as described in the preceding paragraphs in relation to returning and exchanging the products or refunding/crediting the price paid, and that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer.
